Our service Guarantee

Your satisfaction is are number one priority. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 7 days. We will be happy to schedule a corrective service within two weeks of your original appointment date. There are no refunds for any service provided.

Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment slot. If 24 hours is not given, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. Missed appointments or "no shows" are subject to a charge in the amount of the the full service(s) scheduled.

Due to scheduling commitments to other clients' schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late.

Return policy

Products purchased at the salon may be returned for store credit within 15 days from the date of purchase, when accompanied by a receipt. No cash refunds will be given, although a store credit may be applied to either products or services.

Only children receiving services are permitted in the service areas. Hot styling tools, chemicals, and sharp instruments can make for a dangerous environment for young children. No matter how careful we are accidents can and do happen. Young children in carriers or strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in lap while you are receiving services. When bringing children who are not receiving services, please provide supervision for them.
